Frequently Asked Question: Why am I not able to access information regarding my student?

Due to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we are prohibited from disclosing information regarding a student's educational record, including parents, without the permission of the student. Students may sign a waiver allowing our office to discuss their conduct record(s) with another individual. Students may stop by Student Rights and Responsibilities to obtain a FERPA waiver, or may obtain a copy from this website under the forms section.
